The Space to Create Private studio located 8 minutes away from the Miami Design District, and Wynwood. The studio space is a 1,200 square-foot space that serves as a blank canvas for your imagination. To ensure the comfort of your clients, renting our studio means it will be reserved only for your session. INCLUDES: - Paper Backdrops - Built-in Sets - 1 Godox 60 with Softbox - 2 GVM rgb Lights - 6 C-stands - 6 Sandbags BUILT IN SETS: - Money Wall - Jail Set - Color Walls - Walls with Holes ___________________ HOST RULES: • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than your booking time. Our site rep arrives at the time of your booking. Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. This includes set-up and clean-up time, please keep in mind when booking. • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, You must be packed up and off the property at the scheduled time to avoid being billed an extra hour. • If you finish early, there are NO refunds or credits. If you are late, time will NOT be pushed. You may request an additional hour and is only approved if available. • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means taking out all trash / putting back all props if any were moved or using in other spaces. Extension cords/ lights / moving set walls must be placed back to original location. Do not think that by paying the cleaning fee that this excuses you from obeying this rule.
