The Space

I have a Unique Space with Unlimited Creative possibilities. There is onsite parking for 3 cars in the driveway with street parking available until Midnight. My home offers a 52' x 245' table that can be used for meetings or hosting a dinner party. 1/2 Bathroom available for use. Our space has been converted into an In-House Photography Studio. The Kitchen offers a 5 burner stove on an Island with a view of the Photography Space and the Backyard. There is a large amount of counter space for Food/Beverage Catering. The Master Bedroom resides downstairs for ultimate privacy and is fully furnished with a bathroom and shower. We also have a Beauty Room furnished with a Makeup Vanity, lounge couch and a nail bar. This Space is great for branding shoots, weddings and more. We have a spacious backyard with covered patio space. Guests can also inquire about our all Inclusive Event Packages. We also have a 360 REVO-SPIN PHOTOBOOTH for rent onsite. We have a Dj /Photographer /Videographer /Caterer/ Banquet Tables & Chairs all onsite for additional costs for your convenience. Shuttle available for larger events or later timeframes. Have your guests be shuttled in and out of your event for more efficient parking. $500 flat rate fee NO WEAPONS ALLOWED! ****Please be sure to include set-up and break-down hours in your overall rental timeframe**** PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS IF YOU WILL BE USING THE POOL! We offer hand sanitizer, gloves and masks on site during your rental. House is cleaned between all bookings and deep cleaned once per week. We follow all CDC guidelines and recommendations to reduce the spread of Covid-19

WE REQUIRE A $300 NON-REFUNDABLE FLAT RATE CLEANING FEE. WE DO REQUIRE A $250.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT PER BOOKING. IT WILL BE RETURNED IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE DURING YOUR EVENT. PLEASE BE AWARE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT FEE MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF RESERVATION THAT THE SPACE IS BEING RESERVED FOR! SECURITY DEPOSIT & CLEANING FEE MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE!! * WE DO Provide for your Convenience* : #1- Trash Bags for every bookings clean up. #2- Dispensary Hand Soap for Kitchen & Restrooms #3- Toilet Paper #4- Broom and a Mop #5-Ash trays if there is any smoking outside YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN PAPER TOWELS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES!
