The Space

Gorgeous newly renovated event and filming space in the heart of the Culver City Arts district Pls inquire for a guided video tour -2nd floor, flex creative event space, filming location, or short term production office- 8100 sq ft with 4 private glass enclosed offices -3rd floor is the stunning city view rooftop, half inside and half outside, 8,000 sq ft -heating/ A/C and heat lamps on patio -large elevator (2) and wide stairwells (2) -on site commercial kitchen (preferred catering list suggested but you may bring your own caterer + we have a licensed insured bar vendor you will need to use that is affordable) -raw space, you may bring your own rentals -state of the art custom dimmable lighting design inside and out -accordion doors seamlessly connect inside and outside or can close to make the space smaller if using one half of it -many on site restrooms -easy loading and up to 18 vip parking spots in back (alley access)- may or may not be avail based on day/time...use of valet partner highly recommended
