The Space

This is the perfect cocktail party, meeting, photo and video shoot venue with indoor and outdoor space. This modern space is decorated with custom furniture, artwork, paint, marble flooring, a 1978 Working Playboy Pinball Machine, Art Decco Foosball Table, TV, Specimen Custom Sound System, Design Within Reach Furniture and much more! It is an open space with plenty of room to entertain and plenty of furniture. Space Details: - 200 sq foot balcony - Our space holds 25-30 people very comfortably! - Custom Furniture - Marble Flooring - Custom Specimen Sound System - Foosball Table + Pinball Machine - Our space was designed by Jerry Kleiner - Located right in the heart of Lincoln Park steps away from the Apple Store Red Line and New City Mall. We'd love to host your next: - Baby Shower - Bridal Shower - Cocktail Party - Dinner Party - Corporate Event - Intimate Gathering - Workshop - Brainstorming Session - Creative Off-Site - Team Building - Interview - Presentation - Photoshoot - Film Project - Product Shoot - Fashion Shoot - Model Shoot - And More! RULES: - No Smoking inside, only outside on the terrace. - No pets. - Must be 21 to drink alcohol. - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - Please inquire for details about staffing - Inquiry for recommendations with food/bev, music, special arrangements, and more - No access to the bedrooms without prior approval from the host. - Must sign in and out with the doorman.
