Located in Greenpoint the 1200 square-foot studio is perfect for editorial and studio productions, meetings, classes, and events. The cozy and inviting studio space features 12' ceilings, large south-facing windows, beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline, full modern kitchen (no oven) and private bathroom. In addition The studio is stocked with top of the line photo / video equipment, no need to rent from a third party rental house (though you are welcome to supplement or bring your own EQ!) Neighborhood is a quiet mix of residential and industrial, with Mcgorlick Park only 2 blocks away as well. Everything in the space is on wheels for easy configuration to fit any project you may have. - space = 60x20 feet - central heat - air conditioner - electric fireplace - elevator in building - electronic intercom - full range of in-house photography/video EQ - outside EQ welcome as well! - Manhattan skyline views

Health & Safety Policy
The space is safe and secure with video recording 24/7 and renters are supplied with keys for easy in/out while renting. The space is cleaned, sanitized, and re-stocked prior to each new rental. We provided covid-19 safety measures (masks, gloves, sanitizer) upon request.
