This is a 1500 sq. ft. daylight studio available for photo & video productions, showrooms and special events in Chinatown. With large windows facing south, the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day. This all white loft features textured brick walls, exposed wood beam ceilings up to 14 feet high, a kitchenette and bar top. Studio is a walk up 4 flights of stairs. ***Photo Production rate = $120 / hour (min 3 hrs) under 9 people. or $130 / hour for 10-15 people. ***Video Production rate = $135 / hour (min 3 hr) under 9 people or $145 / hour for 10-15 people. ***Showroom/Meeting rate = $120 / hour (min 3 hrs) ***Event rate = $220 / hour (depending on size/type) ***Cleaning Fee for events = $150-200 (depending on size/type) *Please note, the studio is a 5th floor walk up (4 flights up). We offer assistance to carry some items upstairs. For larger production needs, we can hire an assistant to carry EQ upstairs. Seating: Modern Beige Convertible Sofa, 4 chairs (2 black, 1 white, 1 beige), 4 stools (2 white, 2 black). Sound: Bose 901 speakers w 400 watt amp with bluetooth hook-up. Catering: Outside catering is welcome and we can recommend several nearby options. Catering is often set up on a on the bar top. For events, the photo equipment is easily hidden in the corner with white v-flats.
