The Space

This location is 2.5+ acres (109,000 sqft) of open desert land, which may be used for feature films, TV shows, commercials, music videos, photoshoots! The property features Joshua trees, tumbleweeds, desert flowers, wild desert plants, and mountain ranges in the background. You might even see some of the wild jackrabbits bouncing around the property. Plenty of space for parking, and production trailers. Cell phone reception is pretty good. Major hotels and restaurants are located in Palmdale. The location is located 90 minutes from Los Angeles in Lake Los Angeles. It is easy to find and located off the main road. Price is dependent on the number of people in the crew and the potential impact on the land.

- Small productions of up to 15 people are priced at $47 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. - Medium productions of up to 30 people are $1000 per day - Large productions of 30 or more people are $2000 + per day. It will be variable based on what production needs to do to the landscape.
