The Space

If you're a fan of design, this home has it all: midcentury modern, glam, rustic, boho, and Southwestern with a distinctly Austin vibe. Just launched this year, the space is fully remodeled with magical string lights, trendy decor and designer furnishings throughout. Great for photo shoots, meetings, parties, or anything else you can dream up. The space includes all furniture and snacks pictured, as well as an outdoor patio with a cornhole game set (bean bag toss) for entertainment. I would love to help make your experience as memorable as possible. Feel free to message with any questions. Layout: - 1,100 square feet interior, 2 bedroom/1.5 baths - Living room, dining area, kitchen, pantry, and half bath downstairs. Two bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Amenities: - Fully-stocked kitchen with snack basket, tea & coffee station, and complementary bottle of wine (contact me for any desired customization) - Bright living room with smart TV, faux fur rug, bar cart, and hip, local art - Dining area with midcentury-style table and chairs - Two fully furnished bedrooms with desks and chairs. Walk-in closet in master bedroom. - Remodeled bathrooms featuring navy blue cabinets with brushed gold hardware - Awesome backyard space with patio lights and game set - Parking lot out front with space for two cars. Also ample street parking. - Stainless appliances. Washer & dryer set adjacent to kitchen. Location: - Only 10 mins from Downtown Austin! Right off the I-35 freeway at Woodward/Burleson. - Centrally located in South Austin. Zilker Park, Lamar Blvd, 1st St, Travis Heights, and East & West Austin are just minutes away. - Short walk or drive to shops, restaurants, taquerias, and convenience stores. - There's a Super WalMart less than a mile away for any last-minute event purchases.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, etc. We ventilate the space before and after cleaning. Hygiene While our space is in use, we ask you to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
