Hello! I am a designer and photographer offering my large studio/lofty apartment for photo and video shoots. The apartment is filled with designer furniture and artwork. The space is great for small still life shoots, content shoots, influencer shoots/content. The space also has a beautiful dark green wall and also a very dark blue wall, which are great for backdrops. The space is newly re-designed (by me) and I would love to share it with you!

The Space

Featured in a design magazine, the space is newly re-designed with a unique, minimal and contemporary feel. The light-filled space has a large south-facing window overlooking Brooklyn from over 30 floors. The living area has a collection of designer furniture and features a neutral color environment with the owner's collection of sculptures, artifacts and artwork. There is an open kitchen with a large island which can be great for food-related photo/video shoots. There is also an area of the space that is a beautiful dark green color, with a custom made matching room divider, which can be used as a backdrop option. Another area has dark blue walls and can also be used as a unique backdrop. The space is great for small gatherings, photoshoots, influencer content, video etc. All props, and furniture usage are included in the rental fee (some artwork on the walls may have to be removed for commercial usage). I will welcome you upon arrival for easy entry and access and provide a comforting environment during your event by answering any questions, needs etc. There is also homemade coffee and tea available all day. By default, me and my small dog will be present to oversee the event, but will remain out of your way. If a private event is requested - it can be prearranged for us to leave after welcoming you. I am a photographer and designer and can happily be as much or as little involved in your event as you would like. Footies will be provided so shoes can be worn; all furniture, props art etc can be moved around so long as it is returned to its original position at the end of the event. Renters are responsible for any damages that occur during the event. It is really a beautiful space which I would love to share with you for your next shoot/event! Homemade coffee and tea throughout the day, and a fridge stocked with various drinks like sparkling water, iced coffee etc. Our furniture and props are available to rent off-site as well. The apartment owner will be present at all times (but out of your way) to help manage any events/requests etc. Basic trash removal on site via large freight elevator. There is also a drive-in dock to the freight elevator for deliveries.
