This beautiful space right in the heart of Forest Hills is easily access via the Subway to 71-Continental Avenue or LIRR from Penn Station to Forest Hills station (12 mins.). The space is great for any type of event i.e. Yoga Class, Art Exhibitions, Photo Shooting, Workshops or Small Gathering. The space comes with small pantry.

Health & Safety Policy
Our health & safety policy is complied by CDC, NY State and City Guideline. The capacity of the space is reduced to 50%. All guests entering the space must wear mask, body temperature check and sanitizing their hands. The space is regularly sanitized every other hours when occupied. As for space rental, we only rent out to one event at a time.
