Located in one of the world's most famed cities, this loft adeptly combines city vibrancy with ample amenities: - Offering optimal convenience for 50 guests with seated capacity for 20, complete with 5 folding tables and 20 chairs, it ensures comfort without compromising on style. - Newly renovated bathroom and a wet bar with a fridge and freezer provide the extra convenience for full-day events. - Great natural light filtering through glass floor-to-ceiling windows, the space is atmospheric and inviting. Outside food allowed, although cooking on-site is not permitted. BYOB allowed. Security camera located on-premises for security and liability purposes. Any footage is deleted after each event. There is a locked electrical closet in the space that is NOT available for guest use.
