This is a unique loft-style space which also makes an excellent event space in the heart of Downtown Silver Spring. THE BASICS • The pricing is based on the current COVID Capacity & is strictly enforced. • Current capacity is based on all guests in the venue at the same time. • All bookings require a 4-Hour Minimum. • Bring your own caterer or beverages. • We can help facilitate additional rentals if needed. • Wifi, Natural Light & Plants. PRICING & AVAILABILITY • Available 6 AM - 2 AM seven days a week • Price listed is for weekday bookings • Additional costs apply for overtime, evening, and weekend rentals. • Additional costs apply for 3rd-floor kitchen use (Full fridge, Coffee pot, tea kettle, microwave & sink) INCLUDED FURNITURE - 18 four feet Tables, 2 eight feet tables, 3 round tables - Two bar sections - 30 Mix & Match chairs (different colors & styles) - 3 couches To schedule a tour visit: https://calendly.com/iospaces/tour This space is found in a four-floor building which is designed with premium amenities making space feel like nothing else you have ever seen in the DC Metropolitan area. REQUIRED FEES • Event Coordinator: For shoots with over 25 people one event coordinator is required for the duration of the event. Event coordinator manager is billed at $25p/hr from load in to load out (w/ 4hr minimum) • Sanitize/Cleaning Fee of $250 to $500 (based on use) ADDITIONAL ADD ON-FEES: • Security Personnel for events over 25 people or with admission fees • Folding tables/chairs and on-site carts/cords – no charge • Over 100 people - additional rates tbd/negotiated ADDITIONAL TIME: • Setup/Rental/Equipment drop-offs prior to event date available for full day rentals only • Multi-day rentals available OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: • Liability insurance required – $1 million minimum and/or signed waivers and guarantees required. • All spaces should be broom swept before vacating, and all bulk/trash needs to be taken with - Dumpster available outside!!
