The Space

This is for a work / production space inside of a private unit. The space can be used solely for professional uses including but not limited to: -Co-working/Collaboration -Remote working -Podcast Sets -Photography -Videography -Film Sets -Artistry -Client/Team Correspondence -Meetings The space includes: a private full bath with towels & toiletries, access to the kitchen with eating & cooking utensils (including blender, coffee/tea maker), access to living space with cable smart TV for relaxed/informal setting (surround sound available), washer/dryer, and balcony. The office space itself includes a sofa that roll outs into a queen for resting/casual work (blankets/pillows available), storage closet, desk & shelving, writing utensils & paper, whiteboard, water, 11x17 compatible printer/scanner/copier, and additional seating. Access to the building amenities for breakout periods shall be provided as well. Those include: (3) pool decks, spa, (2) lounge spaces, racquetball, movie screening room, yoga studio, massage rooms, and sauna (when available). The building is in a prime walkable location with a variety of eateries, grocery shops, and public transportation (including free metromover) just steps away. Prime attractions and hotspot neighborhoods such as Wynwood, Midtown, Design District, Downtown, and Brickell are a short 5-10 min ride away. Metromover is 1 block away and is free to ride through Downtown and Brickell. Food deliveries are also welcomed to the building and where needed professional equipment deliveries can be arranged contingent on use and type. Building also offers car wash services if needed. Luxury car rental services are also available, please reach out to me for more details. Overnight stays are prohibited and this solely for hourly, daily use. Diligent COVID-19 cleaning and sanitation protocols shall be enforced daily/after each use. I will be present in the other part of the unit or available on the premises but will provide the upmost privacy as needed. If you have any questions and inquires, feel free to ask.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

After every booking, all of the listed spaces are diligently and thoroughly cleaned with approved bacterial disinfectants and substances by either personally myself or cleaning staff dependent on use and time frame. All components of these spaces shall be accounted for such as: door knobs, handles, remotes, buttons, etc. Disinfectant wipes, sprays, and sanitizer shall be provided to guest through the entirety of their reservation for personal protection and comfort. Please make it so that you leave the space as clean as you receive it. Any major cleanup and/or damages will incur fees dependent on severity.
