The Space

Our photo studio is in the LA Apparel Mart which is conveniently located in the heart of DTLA. This location is perfect for a small photoshoot/video shoot. This room receives a lot of softly filled natural light all day with the most strong direct light peeking in around 5PM PT in the summer. RULES: — No smoking in the building. — You are not able to visibly bring alcohol into the building. — You must leave the building by 8PM. — Nobody is allowed into the building after 6:30PM so please be sure all of your guests arrive before then. — You are allowed to play music, but if the music is able to be heard from outside the door it must be turned down. — Please refrain from throwing away food trash in the bathrooms. — Do not open any cabinets.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans. The space has the following features: Space has access to outdoor air ventilation Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance The following equipment is provided for every guest: Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels Hand Sanitizer
