The Space

Our studios are an expansive 5000 sq. ft. bespoke production facility located in Manhattan's Little Italy neighborhood, founded by filmmakers for filmmakers. A creative hub in New York City that services all stages of the production process and allows for cross-industry collaboration in an aesthetically pleasing space. This listing is for two edit bays enabled with Avid and Premiere with ample seating and large screen television. Privacy blinds, mood lighting, sit-stand desks, Aeron chairs and comfortable couch seating make these edit bays very enjoyable to work in for long hours. The edit bays are sound proof. They can be rented together or independently. The facilities also include a 30-person screening room with 7.1 surround sound and 4K projection, podcast / ADR sound studio with seating for four enabled for video podcast recording, two private windowed offices, 12-person conference room, open office desks, full kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and two phone booths for private calls. Elevator access.
