Downtown Warm, Wood-Soaked Restaurant

This is a warm and vibrant restaurant that includes custom wood booths, a large 10-12 person communal table, a variety of 2-tops and 4-tops, and two restrooms. The restaurant seats 70 but there is capacity for up to 130. There's two sides of the restaurant if you either wanted to host a smaller event, or break up the evening into two portions (say, cocktail hour on the bar side, and dinner in the main room.) Some of the tables are movable as well if you wanted to open up the space a bit more. We also have a front outdoor patio that can fit up to 30 people. It's perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, happy hours, birthday parties, baby showers - any event you want to celebrate! We have a large bar, open kitchen with top of the line appliances, prep kitchen, storage facility, and walk-in refrigeration / freezers for you to easily bring in a catering company. We’re not currently serving food or alcohol from the restaurant, so this is a raw space rental. However, we can help you source catering from our sister cafe for breakfast / lunch events. You'd be welcome to bring in your own alcohol, however we'd have to have a licensed bartender on-side to pour drinks, in order to comply with DC liquor laws. Alternatively, you can file for a temporary event license through ABRA and then can pour your own beverages. It’s handicapped accessible & very quiet. We have wifi and Sonos for you to play music as well. We also can rent you our serveware, flatware, and glassware for an additional fee. Or you'd be welcome to bring in your own.
