The Space

The space has very high ceilings -- huge skylight with motorized shades -- beautiful white brick walls -- industrial chains in a former foundry in Manhattan. Working fireplace -- large windowed kitchen -- tiled bathroom with jacuzzi -- great natural light. As this was a former foundry, the building is equipped with commercial/industrial electricity, etc. All rentals include setup and tear down time.
