General Rules - Rental time includes setup and teardown. Your first guest will not be granted entry until the booking start time. - OverTime at a 150% rate will be charged in 30-minute increments until teardown/clean-up is complete and all guests have left the property, including the front driveway. - Please check with Film LA if a permit is required for your project. For shoots with 10+ people or trucks, etc, the owner will require a copy of the permit. - Productions with 10+ guests must provide general liability & property damage insurance naming Host as Additional Insured. Thimble.com offers quick, easy, inexpensive daily policies. - No fire allowed (lighters, smoking cigarettes, candles, etc) without Host's prior consent. - No alcohol is allowed to be served or consumed without Host's prior consent. Prop alcohol bottles are allowed. If alcohol will be consumed as part of your production, liquor liability insurance will be required. - Furniture & wall art can be moved around but must be returned to the original place. - Please remove excess trash with you ("excess" means more than 2 of the provided kitchen trash bags). - Parking: 3 cars can park in the driveway. All other vehicles must park off-site - Production insurance is required - All bookings with more than 10 guests must provide property damage insurance. Note that Peerspace only provides general liability. If you need assistance obtaining insurance, please contact Event Helper, www.theeventhelper.com/partner/Peerspace. A certificate of insurance showing the address (provided once you book) will be required prior to the booking date. Furniture and decorations may be moved All furniture or decor must be returned to its original location. We strongly encourage you to take before photos to ensure everything is precisely returned, including all accessories. No smoke machines allowed No adult filming. No smoking is allowed. No food or drinks in the living or bedroom. A small pet is allowed if previously cleared with us and $350 pet fee is paid. No shooting in front of neighbor's homes or on our block street without a permit You may book overtime if need be, at a rate of 1.5x. The crew and cast may congregate inside the house or in the backyard, but please no congregating in front of the house. EQUIPMENT AND LIGHTING: If you have any lighting or equipment that needs to stand on the floor, please bring tennis balls on the stand legs and/or bring layout board or mats beneath them, to protect the hardwood flooring. We have a few tennis balls if you need to borrow them. SHOES: For inside the glass house ,You can either remove your shoes or use the booties provided over your shoes.
