Feeling the pinch of pandemic uncertainty, I turned my fully renovated 1913 Craftsman home into a video production studio space and have since split my time between managing my VR/AR/Web3 consultancy business and doing various photography and videography projects. I recently also started collaborating with various artists on NFT projects, particularly with an emphasis on charity. The Space

Perfect space for photoshoots, small film shoots, product shoots, music videos, etc. -Built in 1913! Health & Safety Policy

I expect guests to decide for themselves and their crew whether or not you need to maintain social distance (I don't know if your crew recently got tested or not). When indoors, masks are recommended but not enforced. I have gotten COVID and had 3 doses of Moderna, so I'm not particularly worried. You need to decide for yourself how to best follow guidelines and regulations.
