General Note: We are typically booked three months in advance. Built in 1914, the theater is the oldest remaining theater on South Main Street. Ready for anything, the theater is the perfect location for your Corporate Event, Personal Celebrations and everything in between. Known for its sloped floor, proscenium archway and gothic-inspired ceiling, the theater is a true relic and the last remaining historic movie theater on Downtown LA’s Main Street. The theater rental includes access to our production quality audio and lighting setup, staffing, in-house furniture, two dressing rooms, marquee, first floor and mezzanine.
