The Space

NEW! Gorgeous loft in the Sky! corner studio, at 1000 square feet with high ceilings and huge floor to ceiling windows. A modern, minimalist design with iconic designer and vintage furniture pieces. The spacious loft has stunning views of the fashion district and arts district. The space has 10ft ceilings and Huge floor to ceiling windows. MINIMUM BOOKING TIME IS 2 HOURS. NOTHING LESS STANDARD OVERTIME RATE IS 1.5X IF OVERTIME REQUESTED WITH LESS THAN 1 HOUR OF BOOKING REMAINING OVERTIME RATE IS 2.0X Please, No Live Bands or Performances for music videos. No Loud music. No large crews more than 12 people. ________________________________________________________________ PLEASE READ RULES BEFORE BOOKING TO AVOID CANCELLATION AND EXPENSIVE ADDITIONAL FEES: STRICTLY NO STANDING ON OR ITEMS ON FURNITURE. A substantial cleaning fee or replacement fee will be added to booking for guests who stand on, dirty damage our furniture. STRICTLY NO SHOES ON RUG. No shoes allowed on rug. Its a Moroccan rug and once stained, cannot come off. STRICTLY NO CONFETTI, NO GLITTER STRICTLY NO LOUD MUSIC. Music may ONLY be played at lounge level. Failure to respect the space and surrounding business by playing loud music will result in the early termination of booking. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED. No exceptions, no Pets are allowed in the space. Turn up with Pet, booking will be immediately canceled. STRICT FOOD AND DRINK POLICY. Food and drink consumption only allowed using our fold up furniture. Strictly no dood or drink to be consumed on our furniture. Any spillages incurred will result in substantial fee added to booking. STRICTLY NO PAINTING ALLOWED IN SPACE. STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CANDLE BURNING, NO INCENSE in studio AND building. Two Elevators, One Passenger, and One Freight. Ideally suited for Commercial Photography, Fashion Photography, Product Photography, Catalog Shoots, Video, TV Series, web series, podcasts, interviews, presentations, meetings, fitness commercials, fitness photoshoots, Yoga shoots, product launches, and promotional events. READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BOOKING CANCELLATION. Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans. Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
