Multi-colored, remote controlled custom lighting throughout (including bathroom) - for creating unique lighting for shoots or that special dance-floor party-vibe! Unique art, graffiti on some of the walls - lots of props (neon sign, large street sign letters). Fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, seats 10 people (6 modern chairs plus bench), open space living room with two large sofas plus reading area (two white leather sofas).
