Windows are furnished with dark wooden blinds which helps to darken the loft considerably when needed. We are happy to accommodate most anything you’d like to do, so please be open about your plans in order to better service your needs. For Filming, Photo & Production please tell us: •How many in your crew including talent. •Date(s) requested •Hours requested (incl. load-in/load-out, set-up/wrap) •Equipment, lighting, other specs ALSO: •No Smoking in the Loft/Building. Smoking permitted on the rooftop and front/back sides of the building (standing ashtrays provided) •Replace moved furniture to its original position •Remove all trash (trash chutes on the floor) •Return space to its original set-up NOISE - We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. SCOUTING - You are welcome to scout one (1) time before your booking. PARKING - Metered parking is available on both Spring and Main Streets. Joe’s Parking and 2 other lots are also available across the street on Spring and Main Streets.
