The Space

This 5,000 square foot facility in DUMBO has lots of light and open space. It has a gallery feel with white walls and art throughout the building. It's ideal for a classroom, workshop, or meeting space. There are different rooms separated by glass doors. A kitchen, a bathroom, WiFi, and a copy room are all available.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The space will have PPE equipment available in various sizes available for the public, which will include universal N95 masks, surgical masks, gloves, disposable gowns, and face shields or other eye protection. The use of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved disinfectants against COVID-19 will be used on surfaces throughout the facility. We will be using produces that are considered “safer for the environment”, with active ingredients that contain hydrogen peroxide or citric acid because they are “less toxic and are not strong respiratory irritants or asthma triggers”. Temperature checks and symptom screening is part of the daily processes to identify symptomatic persons to exclude them from entering buildings and business establishments.
