The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a successful shoot, including: High-end stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner gas range Large island with multiple electrical outlets that's perfect for food prep or staging All necessary kitchen utensils Hi-speed Wifi Half bath on kitchen level (2nd floor) that can be used as a changing area Laundry space to be used to store equipment or use for wardrobe rack Steamer Bluetooth speaker Imagine capturing mouth-watering photos of your latest culinary creation or a new line of kitchen products in this beautifully styled kitchen. No matter what your needs are, this luxury kitchen is the perfect space to capture your vision. And the best part is, this space is conveniently located close to everything in the heart of Houston's East Downtown. So what are you waiting for? Book your shoot today and start creating! RULES PEOPLE: Please include the number of crew and talent as well as the driver’s license of everyone who will be onsite. HOURS: Let us know the exact hours you need (i.e. 7am-5pm) including load-in/load out, setup and tear down. HOLDS: Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation. OFF-LIMIT AREAS: This listing is for use of the 2nd floor kitchen, living room and half bath only. The 1st floor of the home, 2nd floor primary bedroom and primary bathroom are off limit areas. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: No glitter, confetti or paint can be used. No smoking is allowed inside the property. The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. OVERTIME: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. SITE VISITS/LOCATION SCOUTS: We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional Tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guest’s reservations/productions. PARKING & LOADING: There is ample street parking available. Loading can be done through the front of the home before moving the loading vehicle to the street. The community is gated, and the gate code will be provided to the renter after the booking reservation is confirmed. CLEANING & DAMAGES: The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. If the space is not in the same condition as it was when rented, the renter will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take good care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Accessories and furniture can be rearranged to fit your needs. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, ect) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. NOISE: We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints. SURVEILLANCE: This property is under 24 hour surveillance with both exterior and interior cameras. Thank you for respecting our rules and we look forward to hosting your next project!

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash cans with foot pedals. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
