***PLEASE NOTE OUR TIERED PRICING SYSTEM BELOW*** Originally a one-story auto-repair shop, now converted to 3 family apartments over 5 floors, you cannot miss this spectacular building from the street. Our unique and spacious 2.5 bed apartment occupies the 3rd story, where large windows at both the front and back allow for plenty of light throughout the day. The high ceilings, exposed brick, steel beams and poured concrete columns are just some of the features of our architects' signature style, but what really elevates this space are the high-end interior finishes and eclectic mix of vintage and custom-made contemporary furniture, which combine to bring you a shoot space unlike any other! We require a COI from every production once booking is confirmed. A security deposit of $1000 is required before each shoot. If the number of people onsite THROUGHOUT THE DAY exceeds the number in the booking, the excess fees will be charged and the entire deposit will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: the number of people inside the space at any given time is irrelevant. As a matter of liability and insurance we are concerned with your TOTAL NUMBER of attendees.
