The Space

Elegant old-world estate on large manicured grounds with pool and tennis court. Separate carriage house on the property. Multiple floors with a variety of different looks. Weight room, sauna, pool table, indoor hot tub, huge walk-in closet. Minimum $1M insurance is required and a permit may be needed for large scale shoots. Please note that the rates start at $1K/hour but vary depending on the scope & scale of your project. Please inquire
