12 Oaks Ranch is an elegant gentleman's ranch with highly decorated interior, beautiful pool, arena, very clean barn, and amazing cowboy saloon on the property 30 minutes from Hollywood. We have 2 horses who are models that have been in more than 100 photoshoots that retired from mounted shooting and polo so they don't spook. When you do a site visit, you will appreciate how amazing this site is for your filming or shoot. The property is deceiving from the front so you must see the inside&out
