We are a literary agency but also have a cabaret theater on our premises where we hold theater shows once a month. We also do filming here. It is a beautiful event space. The 4th floor library is all wood, the theater is beautiful but small. We have cabaret tables and events can have up to 100 comfortably watching a show. But...we also have a rooftop. Great views of the Hollywood Hills.

The Space

We have a film friendly neighborhood, a 5 story parking structure (many productions don't even rent a base camp because we have everything you need - place for up to 50 - 55 crew to park here, street permitting happens all the time for large trucks. Flat beds can drive right to the 4th floor (where mot of our filming takes place) We have: Roof view of ocean and of the Hollywood Hills (great sunsets at certain times of the year) great office spaces - including boardrooms - lots of light wood - very elegant A cabaret on our first floor. Hallways, bathrooms * a great lounge for filming or for your talent to stay - celebs often ditch their trailer for our lounge a full floor of parking garage right off set.
