BEAUTIFUL SPACE IN SUPER QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD OUR VERY UNIQUE VAN NUYS PROPERTY... PLEASE READ RATES IN DETAILS. features a charming, bright house & spacious SUPERBE blue and white backyard with heated pool for video shoots, photo shoots, filmed interviews, and small productions. This is a spacious 2300 sq ft, 3 bed/2 bath house with a pool & jacuzzi. It's a lovely choice for movies, as the backyard and pool area can fit a lot of your production scenes. PHOTOGRAPHER: I do FASHION, FINE ART, SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT, BATHING SUIT, etc. Since I don't have to drive anywhere, you may get yourself a serious deal, inquire if you are also in need of a photographer. MANAGER ON SITE: A site manager will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your booking nad help you with anything you need or move. INTERIOR: The master suite is full of antique. The living room is very spacious 1000 SF, perfect for filming, featuring a huge fire place, IDEAL for kitchen and living room shots. A tone of room in the living room really! You'll have access to shoot in our kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, & a bathroom. The master is a but fancy featuring art and antics but I can get you a regular bedroom if necessary. EXTERIOR - DRIVE WAY: The front drive way can accommodate 2 vehicles and there is plenty of free parking in the street (it is permanently empty, so no worries to park at any time here.) No street cleaning, no limitation. EXTERIOR BACKYARD. It's a beautiful, peaceful space perfect for meditation, yoga class, but also fashion shoot, music videos, all sort of productions really . It's very lovely, all blue and white. Fire pit available also outdoor, as well as jacuzzi and pool. Please note that the pool takes 3 days to heat and that an extra charge of $200 will be required to heat the pool. The jacuzzi will be $50 for 2 hours. So, a last minute booking requiring a heated pool won't be possible. PARKING 2 cars in the drive way, plenty of free parking in the street. CATERING Clients are welcome to BYO food/beverage/vendors. RENTAL RATE, DAY RATE, CLEANING FEE Our list rate is good Monday through Friday from 7:00am until 6:00pm, weekend pricing kicks in for Saturdays and Sundays. Inquire. We're happy to discuss a day rate for any bookings of 9 hours or more between 7:00am and 6:00pm. The Cleaning Fee is $60 PER DAY under 25 guests, then its $100. If you book more than one day, or are booking weekend days, inquire please. THE RATE IS BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS - PLEASE SEE PRICING BELOW. WEEKLY PRICING: $29/hr - for one person only (you shooting your product) $39/hr - for 2 ppl. You and your model $49/hr - for group sizes 3-4 $69/hr - for group sizes 5-6 $79/hr - for group sizes 7-8 $99/hr - for group sizes 9-11 $109/hr - for group sizes 12-15 $129/hr - for group sizes up to 20 $139/hr - for group sizes up to 25 For groups exceeding 25, please inquire to receive a customized rate. Minimum 4 hours. When you book 5 hours you have 45mn free prior to booking to set up the party / photoshoot. CLEANING FEE goes up to $100 after 25 guests. A $300 deposit is required at walk in. i will be refunded to you when you leave if nothing has been damaged. 2012 HSE SPORTS LUXURY RANGE ROVER: Shoot in the driveway only for the same hourly rate. There is no fee! If it needs to go to a different location, it's possible but I am the only one to drive it, which means an additional fee will be required for my time and the gas. Please inquire. PLEASE NOTE: * Bedroom furniture is flexible to arrange as needed for your shoot. For furniture movement in other rooms, please inquire first. * If you're loading in & out heavy production equipment, please bring protection to cover our tiles & hardwood floors, this floor is real wood.
