This property is perfect for breakfast, brunch, dinner, birthday parties, wedding receptions, swimming/ pool parties, reunions and other outdoor gatherings. Includes huge patio deck, Olympic size pool, hot tub, movie room, open floor plan, pool table, backyard completely private covered with large trees. There will be a property manager on-site during all events to assist when necessary. Property manager will not monitor event, but will available to make sure things run smoothly. To date, this property manager has hosted the following party types - anniversary party, engagement party, birthday party, Friendsgiving / Thanksgiving Dinner, Mixer, Birthday Dinner, Holiday party, Halloween party, New Years Eve Party, Kids Birthday party, product launch event, and Networking Event. All events occurring during holiday weekends will require a custom quote. Tours are available before booking.

Please keep in mind due to Splacers pricing structure these are only base rates. Weekend rates vary based on audience size and time of the day. There's a $250 cleaning fee for every event booking. $50 cleaning fee for production and meetings.
