This property is a venue located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn unlike any other venue in the surrounding areas. The venue is adorned with custom carpentry features, adjustable lighting fixtures to suit preferred ambiance, and a wide variety of amenities guaranteed to keep guests entertained. Our 2500 sqft property is fully furnished with multiple lounge areas, a bar area, full kitchen, full bath and even 2 bedrooms that can sleep 6 for overnight stays. The property is also full of a wide variety of entertainment including: a pool table, a stage, 2 dart boards, a vintage Pacman arcade machine, two 72" art TV's, one 93" media room TV, a variety of games, and free WiFi. Needless to say, the space is perfect for a wide variety of events and we would love to be considered for yours! Some examples of types of events for the space include, but are not limited to: bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, production/photo shoots, corporate mixers, product launches, concerts, family reunions, meetings, stand-up comedy shows, fundraisers, cooking parties, and even the option to include overnight stays.
