The Space

Located at the tip of Brooklyn, this space provides panoramic views of the Manhattan Bridge and NYC Skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows. High-ceilings and a massive layout makes this space ideal for large scale events and productions. Events with over 350 attendees are welcomed but require further discussion. The space has a private entrance and elevator and is equipped with new bathrooms and a new HVAC system. ***Please note that all events consuming or selling liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event.***
