The Space

PLEASE READ ALL. Featured in many films, catalogs and commercials, this historic Victorian mansion features amazing architecture. Same architect as the James Flood Mansion, one of San Francisco's oldest and most most famous buildings. This website only allows 20 pics, so it's not possible to show all the details. Bedrooms MAYBE available. If you must have bedrooms, please inquire before reserving. Rate quoted is for up to 5 people. Each added person is $5 per hour.

PLEASE READ ALL. The rate quoted is for up to 5 people in the main floor common areas. This is the most grand space and includes 3 dining rooms, a foyer, and a living room. After 5 people, added charges are $5 per person per hour. Some activities, such as having a live band, cost more. A Security deposit is required, and will be the greater of the rental cost, or $1,000. It must be sent by Venmo, or Zelle. Deposit must be received the lesser of 1 week before, or the day the reservation is made. If deposit is not received, the reservation will not be honored, and there will be no refund of the other charges. So, please make sure you are able to pay the deposit. Cleaning is your responsibility, please. We can provide cleaners if you tell us in advance, and we will deduct from security deposit.
