The Space

We have hosted birthdays, baby showers, graduations, luaus, family reunions, wine tastings and retirement, Paint nights, themed parties, Karaoke, movie nights parties and of course concerts and band rehearsals. What makes our space unique is that we have a nice P/A system for a good sound, easy to plug your favorite playlist, or mics. We have a stage that you can use, as well as a projector. The atmosphere is very cosy, dimmable lights, other colored lights available. You can decorate the space however you want. Included in the price is the use of our furniture that you can use however you see fit: 40 wooden mahagony padded chairs 15 metal chairs 5 comfy armchairs with 5 mismatched coffee tables for a cafe look A bar area that can be used either for the sound system, or for a drink bar. (no sink). 4 tables 2x6 Black fabric table cloths A projector and white screen Various Rugs We may have some decorations too, just ask us. Access is wheelchair friendly and we have 2 private bath rooms. There is plenty of parking for your guests and the space is conveniently located by shops and restaurants. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
