The Space

Spectacular Swanky reception venue for get togethers up to 50 people. Perfect for small weddings, receptions, rehearsal diners, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, meetings and so much more. Located on second floor, no elevator. Premium Music with Sonos surround sound system, TV monitor and plenty of dancing space. 5 areas of space starting off with Large Granite Bar with LED color lighting that can sit 10 comfortably and TV Monitor. Up to approximately 300 sq ft of dancing space. Safari Room with additional seating just off the dance floor and bar. Conference room which can be transformed into a swanky VIP seating area featuring 360 degree of windows for light and bright events with stunning views of the area. A leather couch and love seat with coffee table, 48 inch flat screen Tv with a 10ft HDMI cord for computer. Firestick and high speed Wifi included. recessed lighting and window shades to darken room if necessary and table that seats 8. Table linens provided. Finally the large Kitchen with microwave, Keurig coffee, refrigerator, sink and large counter space for catering chafing dishes. His and her luxury bathrooms. Catering can be provided for additional charge from premium restaurants along with a coordinator for the event included in the catering package. Coordinator can also help poor and serve the alcohol you bring. We do not sell alcohol. We have two refrigerators included for use and we supply all plasticware and cups. Professional Two microphone Karaoke system can also be purchased at additional charge and it plays through the Sonos system and TV monitor at the bar with use of Youtube Premium. Up to two additional tables with linen that can accommodate 10 is included. 50 people can be seated comfortably at the same time.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We like it Clean! We make sure that all areas are clean. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
