The Space

This Unique Space is an ideal fit for intimate events for up to 100 people. A versatile space for all your private occasions - Meetings, Workshops, Showers, Celebrations, Soft event, Exhibitions, Other Occasions, Training, Get togethers, Seminars, Talk show, Photo shoots, Meetings & Conferences. Located: Glendale, CA Amenities for Free: 10 Beautiful Modern Lounge Sofas, 6 Tables and 60 Chairs, Food and Drink table, Refrigerator, Freezer, Expresso Bar, and Surround system. Decor Rental: Linens & Centerpiece, balloon, and backdrop arch. Food and Beverage: Catering can be provided upon request, or bring you can bring your own food. The space: 5000 SF, Indoor and Outdoor sitting available. Guest access: Large parking entrance free for all guests, or you can request Valet Parking, or Parking Attendance for a fee.

We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC. We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. While our space is in use we ask to please Wash your hands frequently and properly, Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly, and Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
