Trash must be picked up by the end of your event) YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO: - Second Floor - Garage - Office PARKING: - Residential Street Parking (lots of parking spot in residential neighborhood) FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Q: Can I Come Tour The Place? A: No. Due to the amount of requests & safety, we DO NOT do in person tours (Please see google drive LINK above for virtual tour) Q: Can I Come Earlier Than Booking Time To Decorate? Or Later to Clean? A: No. Your set up + clean up time must be included within your booking. Q: Are There Any Additional Safety Protocols That We Should Consider? A: We require a door check-in with ID and check-in list for ALL EVENTS. You also need to get an insurance certificate from www.eventhelper.com (see requirements in Rules). Q: Is Anyone Living in the Home? A: Yes. Second floor. Also 24/7 Security Cameras. Q: Are Pets Allowed? A: No pets or animals allowed. Please note that the space is in a residential area & if asked guest must comply with neighbor asks to turn down/off music or reduce noise level. Non-compliance or further complaints from neighbor might result in your event shutting down without refunds. Please be mindful.
