About the Space This Unique Space is an ideal fit for intimate events for up to 50 people. A versatile space for all your private occasions. The perfect space for your next gathering whether it's a micro wedding a party, reception, rehearsal dinner, corporate event, or an intimate get-together. Space Elegant, luxurious, modern space very versatile with high ceilings (chapel style, central air conditioner, and nice illumination. 50 comfortably padded chairs (not plastic) that allow keeping all guests engaged with the 3" thick foam padding. 6 Round or rectangular tables (more options for a beautiful decoration design). Ample free parking with a beautiful string of lights to make your event look gorgeous. High-speed Wi-Fi. Location: The building is located on the main Hwy that runs from Candler to downtown Asheville, which is 15 minutes away. On the other hand, we are located just 13 minutes from the most beautiful part of the famous Blue Ridge Pwy, where there are breaks to enjoy wonderful views as well as famous waterfalls in the area. The best of two worlds: Asheville, known as the Paris of the South a place full of art and culture, and on the other hand the splendid mountains, trails, and waterfalls offered by the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are 2.16 miles from Candler to Biltmore Lake in the east direction and 3 miles (4.83 kilometers) by car, following the US-19 and US-23 routes. Candler and Biltmore Lake are 5 minutes far apart if you drive non-stop

Cleaning We Clean Surfaces with Soap and Water. Normal routine cleaning with soap and water lowers the risk of spreading COVID-19 by removing germs and dirt from surfaces. In most situations, cleaning is enough to reduce risk. We use EPA-Registered Disinfectants According to Label Directions to lower the of spreading COVID-19 by using chemicals to kill germs. Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
