Everyday All-American Apartment

Welcome to our classic All-American Apartment. Do you need a plain-Jane space? Does your project include everyday people, who aren't artsy? Do you need a home that looks like the average American lives in it? You've come to the right space. The 800sqft space includes: A large open living room Dining room with table and chairs Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom with a good size closet Carpet floors Props are not included Furniture can be moved as needed for your project but must be returned to its original space by the end of the booking. Bookings include setup and teardown time. The space can be used for tv, film, social media, etc. Production insurance preferred. No smoking allowed. No animals allowed. No filming outside the apartment. No Confetti or Glitter usage. No pornography or overly violent content.
