We are located just minutes from San Marcos City Hall, and are right off of the 78 East freeway exit. We offer many classrooms for rent ranging in sizes, layouts, and functionality. All of our rooms have floor to ceiling windows, offering ample natural light and beautiful views. Please reach out to us if you are interested in renting more than one classroom or the entire campus!

The Space

Executive Conference Room with a view in the heart of downtown San Marcos. Located minutes from City Hall. This spacious room seats 15 people comfortably. You would have access to WiFi, HDMI Projector, 2 large glass whiteboards, A/C & Heat controlled in room, daily COVID cleaning provided, coffee available upon request. Access to the Communal Lounge may be available upon request - no extra charge! This lounge has three vending machines (2 with drinks, 1 with snacks - all three machines take cash and card), two microwaves, a toaster, a sink, and a filtered water dispenser. It is also furnished with two couches, 6 small tables, and one round table. The room fits 16 people comfortably.
