The Space

The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is around 1500 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately over quarter of an acre. Must have permit from Film LA for all production bookings. Cleaning fee minimum $150 depending on type of event and number of people. Pricing of $149 is for 15 or less people. Additional fee for larger groups. Extra hours: $1.5xhourly price Must have event insurance Trash not removed from site: $200 (no fee if you take your trash)
