While the study is an homage to the Beverly Hills Hotel, down to minute details. All the while this smart home has all modern tech amenities! The street-to-street lot has an undeveloped hilltop (part of the property) with breathtaking city views that can double as a backdrop for various natural and rustic locations (or even create your own mini Hollywood Sign backdrop!). The faux grass rooftop deck, also with gorgeous views, boasts a hot tub and zen lighting are perfect for a serene night. A on site manager will be present during the entire time of the event to assist. The venue must be fully vacated by the end time of your booking. (We are giving a 30 minute grace period between the start and the end of the event). We can only commit on dates that are within the next 3 months.
