Gorgeous fully renovated building features rustic wood barrel roof with 25'+ ceilings, great natural light, and restored original birch hardwoods from 1929. Big open dining space looks into custom gourmet chefs kitchen. Back private dining room features large table + chairs that overlook the onsite culinary garden. The outdoor patio space features great views of Mt. Olympus, and there is abundant free onsite parking. ADA accessible, all gender restroom on main level, as well as multi stall restrooms downstairs. The entire building has been restored, and almost every detail is CUSTOM, including even the staircase! With the plethora of backdrops inside and out, several areas for smaller groups, huge open dining room, natural light, gaping ceilings, abundance of space for parking, and ease of access; this location is perfect for any production shoot, event, or offsite meeting, corporate gathering, you name it! Food + Beverage details//accommodations flexible upon request. Depending on the nature, size, day//time of event, different food + beverage rules will apply. During operating hours (Tues-Sat 5-11), event will be considered a buy-out, and food and beverage will be bid based on your specific needs and party size. Sunday, Monday, or morning events can be BYO or catered to suit your specific event. All events are custom, and separate rules will apply depending on the nature of the event. No smoking inside. No pets inside. For weddings or events that will feature dancing, a floating floor will be required, as to protect our original birch hardwoods. Space use vs. buyout: If you are planning an event that will be scheduled during our non-operating hours, an hourly fee will apply for the use of the space only. Morning + Sunday / Monday events can be catered by outside parties, brown bag, etc.. An event during our regular dinner service is considered a buyout, and will be in-house food and beverage. Custom menus, beverage service, etc. can be developed upon request. Listed prices are minimums, and will vary based upon your custom requests and party size.
