The Space

The house is a dream for any shooting, production or events. Among 2 stories with living room, kitchen, lounge and pool. The property provides a beautiful Zen yard with view towards the ocean. This property has the perfect orientation for the light and secluded in the private cul-de-sac. An on-site manager will be present during the entire time of the event to assist. The venue must be fully vacated by the end time of your booking. We can only commit on dates that are within the next 3 months. Please do not inquire for dates that are a year from now. The bedroom access is not automatically granted for your event. We will provide 2 bathrooms for your guests and room access will be on-demand.
