The Space
a relaxing, yet professional atmosphere with open space, natural lighting, 4 private rooms, a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. The studio was purposely built for photography, videos, and events (baby showers, holiday parties, gatherings, creative events etc.) There is riverfront view of the Manhattan skyline. We have 2 Director chairs available for use, a sofa, coffee table, clothing racks and games.

Health & Safety Policy
If your event is happening to go overtime please let the location manager know, to make sure there are no renters right after you or you will be charged an inconvenience fee. - No smoking/ vaping in the building - No fog machines/ smoke - No open fire - No glitter or confetti - No loitering in the hallway or around the building. Please keep everyone from your event inside the room. - Once wrapped please do not leave anything behind. Make sure to throw away or take any of your belongings.
