The Space
We offer a 3600 square foot ground level building with easily accessible front garage door on street level for easy load in and load out. A corner green screen measuring 23 feet by 14 feet on one wall and 21 feet by 14 feet on the opposite wall. We have free standing sets of an executive office set and a worker cubicle set at this time as well as an open warehouse space for filming. No Permits are required when filming strictly inside of the building. The city of Van Nuys does require permits for filming outside of the building. Parking: All parking is free street parking in the immediate vicinity.

No smoking or drinking on premises. Film permit not required filming in studio but our studio does require a film permit when filming outside the studio.
