A century old filming location in Down town Los Angeles area This abandoned railroad yard is surrounded by graffiti Brick walls. Includes several rod iron rustic satires, a private railroad that runs through and several graffiti art. The floor is mainly dirt and part concrete. This particular space is approximately 500 sq ft. and is fully private and secured by fence. We also offer a large private parking for crew trucks. We can also provide dining space for large crew. This space is part of a large complex and you can book additional spaces in case of a large project. We accept long term large projects where you can build complex tructures for your filming projects. We are mainly specialized to rent space for to filming industry for filming, photo shoot, Musical videos and commercial filming.
