The Space

An 1980's inspired flashback arcade invoke your inner Tron or Breakfast Club at your special event. This is just a block and a half south from famed Washington Square Park and two blocks from Mc Dougal St. This Greenwich Village location is close to many world renowned restaurants, music venues and comedy clubs. The space holds up to 60 people, all of the games are set to free play. There is a jukebox, fog machine, a bubble machine, a stage with stage lighting, microphone and PA, camera system, projector, chairs and tables, a cute little bar. All the lights are programable and you can hook into the house system with a wire or Bluetooth. The ventilation is good and the space is sound resistant. This is the basement of coffee, vintage and smoking accessory shop.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The management is responsible for: • Allocating resources for health and safety. • Designating a Health and Safety Officer. • Regularly reviewing and updating this policy. • Ensuring all employees and event organizers are aware of safety procedures. 2.2 Employees and Contractors All employees and contractors must: • Follow health and safety policies and guidelines. • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately. • Participate in safety training and drills as required. • Use safety equipment and personal protective gear as directed. 2.3 Event Organizers Event organizers renting our arcade lounge are responsible for: • Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations. • Conducting event-specific risk assessments. • Communicating safety policies to event participants. • Coordinating emergency evacuation procedures with us. Safety Measures To maintain safety, we implement the following measures: 3.1 Fire Safety • Maintain clear and unobstructed emergency exits. • Regularly inspect and maintain fire extinguishers and detectors. • Communicate fire evacuation procedures to all occupants. • Prohibit open flames or pyrotechnics inside the arcade lounge. 3.2 Electrical Safety • Regularly inspect and maintain electrical equipment. • Use surge protectors with circuit breakers. • Secure cables and wires to prevent tripping hazards. • Employ qualified professionals for electrical installations. 3.3 Personal Safety • Provide adequate lighting in all areas. • Encourage patrons to report concerns to staff. • Establish first aid stations and train staff in basic first aid. • Require event organizers to provide necessary security personnel. 3.4 Food and Beverage Safety • Ensure food vendors comply with local health codes. • Maintain proper food storage, handling, and temperature controls. • Clearly label allergen information for all food and beverages. Incident Reporting Report any incidents, accidents, or near-misses promptly to our management. An incident report form is available for this purpose. We investigate reported incidents and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Training and Awareness We provide training to employees, contractors, and event organizers to ensure they can implement safety measures effectively. Training includes fire evacuation drills, emergency response procedures, and general safety awareness. Review and Revision This Health and Safety Policy will be reviewed and updated as needed to reflect changes in regulations, technology, and best practices. Your safety is our priority. Together with our employees, contractors, and event organizers, we work to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
