We specialize in virtual events. This space is primarily used to record our own live interactive online events, so it's perfect for film production and still photography. It's also spacious, sunny, and beautifully furnished, which makes it perfect for meetings and small gatherings.

The Space

We say yes! This chill, full-service professional studio space is highly adaptable to suit your needs. From fast-paced professional film production to early stage podcast recording to invite-only pop-up shops, we’ll be sure to make your photo/video shoot, event, or meeting as easy and comfortable as possible. The space includes a full living room furniture setup and a gorgeous pre-built bar set, plus tons of furniture and props to create a wide range of potential sets. Our prop library includes distinct furniture pieces, plants, a variety of antiques and cool science gear, a disco ball, cocktail and culinary equipment, and a ton of other quirky commodities. Check out some of these in our photos and don’t hesitate to inquire about any specific needs you have – we’re always interested in adding to our collection, and many of our props and furniture items are the result of past client requests. Please let us know what furniture in photos you definitely want to use, in case we have stored them. Our view of the Manhattan skyline makes the perfect backdrop for events including book readings, offsite meetings, pop-up shops, and more. And for fashion shoots, additional nearby shooting locations include industrial brick walls, cobblestone streets, outdoor views of the midtown Manhattan skyline, concrete industrial loading docks, maritime docks, and more. Private parking accommodations include access to an unlimited, first come / first serve lot that is open to vehicles, box trucks, production trailers, or even larger. Parking lot access is 24/7. For video and photo production, bookings include: + folding tables and chairs + hair and makeup stations (tables, lights, tabletop mirrors, standing mirror) + 8 x 15lb sandbags + V-flats (two folding double-panel and two single panels; all white on one side and black on the other) + various reflectors and mirrors + extension cords + clamps, including super clamps + gaffer’s tape + ample sound insulation + hot coffee and bottled water + catering supplies (cutlery, napkins) + private changing area The following items are also available for rent / additional fees: + 9-foot seamless paper in a range of colors, with movable mount + 2x Mini Moon 11" Bicolor Soft LED light with tripod-style stands + 1x Glide Gear OH 150 modular overhead camera/light/mic rig + 1x 12'9" wide Impact Pro backdrop support kit– also works well for acoustic curtains + a ready-to-use live streaming production rig (high powered computer, multiple cameras with capture cards, lighting, microphones, sound board) + an experienced part-time/full-time studio attendant + overnight storage If you don’t see something you need, just let us know! We’re two floors above TCS and can easily get almost anything you might need for any film or video project.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

All surfaces in the space are cleaned immediately after any rental booking, shoot, or other event, and are cleaned at least weekly if no events take place in the space. Tables, chairs, door knobs, and other high touch surfaces are sprayed with disinfectant and wiped, floors are vacuumed and mopped, and rugs are vacuumed. A HEPA filter is available during events and is generally kept running while the space is occupied (unless the client wants the space to be quieter) and is left running for at least an hour after any event in the space.

If you book more than 8 hours in a single day, a 10% discount will be applied to that day's bookings. If you book 5 or more days in a single week for 8 or more hours per day, a 20% discount will be applied to that week's booking.
